    Bowel Movement:  Occurred during bathing. Volume fairly good; Consistency excellent; Easy elimination; Easy clean-up.
    Dinner:  Hot and Sour Soup with added chicken, chopped green onions and green chilis; grated carrot. Also had dessert about an hour later: 2" x 2.5" brownie square with about 1/3 cup French Vanilla ice cream.
    Medication Changes:

• Gave her a 325 mg acetaminophen tablet because she complained of not feeling good
• Extra glipizide just before dessert in evening
• Added Ipratroprium to 3rd breathing treatment in evening
