    Medication Changes:  Gave her 325 mg acetaminophen soon after I took her temperature upon awakening because it was more elevated than usual. This seemed to help bring it down, although slowly. When she awoke from her nap at 2035 I took her arterial temp again, as noted. It had decreased, as noted.
    Also gave her a third glipizide with dessert this evening, a brownie with French Vanilla ice cream.
