    Medication Changes:  Because of her extraordinarily high Blood Glucose this morning (which was probably caused by a combination of the acetaminophen at dinner and the Hoisin gravy on the post roast and vegetables we had for dinner last night) I gave her two glipizides at breakfast. Then, at dinner, since we had pizza, I gave her two glipizides. Managed to get in all three breathing treatments...the Albuterol only treatment coming as the last treatment before bed.
