P.M. Blood Glucose:
    Time:  2041
    Reading:  126

Bowel Movement:  Occurred during "morning" bathing: Good volume; easy elimination; good consistency; easy clean-up.
For Dinner:  Beef Quesedillas consisting of a large flour tortilla, probably a bit less than 1/2 cup grated medium cheddar and jalapeno jack cheese; probably 1/8 cup chopped green onions; probably 1/4 cup ground beef pan fried (and drained) with fresh, chopped poblano and green chilis and 8 oz Herdez Salsa Ranchera; probably 1/8 cup salsa which was a mixture of a Fire Roasted salsa from Costco and Herdez Salsa Ranchera. You wouldn't think there would be a lot of refined carbohydrates in this but, considering her blood sugar next morning, I guess the carbs in the tortilla (which are definitely refined) and the small amounts of sugar in the Salsa Ranchera sent my mother's blood sugar on a fine ride.
