    Bowel Movement:  During morning bathing: Very good volume; excellent consistency; very easy elimination; very easy clean-up.
    Dinner:That's right, I took her blood glucose just before bed because when I asked her what she wanted for dinner, tonight, she said, "I'd like some of that cherry pie with ice cream, if there's any left." There was. Why not?
    Yellow Sputum Report:  I've canceled these reports since last Tuesday, the day the Hospice Nurse assigned to Mom visited, because he said he wasn't concerned about about the type of yellow sputum my mother was expelling. He mentioned, though, that he definitely wants to know about "brown, green or bloody sputum". She continues to spit up yellow sputum and it continues to be accompanied by white or clear sputum. As well, she continues to have all white or clear sputum coughs, as well.
    Medication Changes:  I gave her an extra glipizide before bed because of her High Cherry Pie blood glucose. We got in her third breathing treatment with room to spare but I went into automatic when I was preparing it and accidentally gave her the dual treatment instead of the just the Albuterol.
