BM Half Stat Day:

Blood Pressure: Not taken |
P.M. Blood Glucose: Time: 2031 Reading: 116 |
Blood Pressure: Not taken |
This was a "recovery" day for her, after visit, although the visit ended this morning. It was also an "after the storm" day, because the pressure continued to bounce.
Breakfast: Normal, except for the substitution of Pangea Bakery's Raisin Cinnamon Swirl bread with extra Vietnamese cinnamon.
Lunch: I wasn't very hungry, neither was she, I wasn't sure what would happen about dinner, so I served her a peanut/cashew mix and V-8 juice with 1 tsp Marajah curry powder.
Dinner: Sort of. A bowl full of two drained cans of mandarin oranges for Mom. That's what she wanted and it satisfied her.
Her Bowel Movement occurred around 1700: Good volume; slightly smeary consistency; very easy elimination; challenging clean-up.
She retired early at 2230. Her light went out at 2300. Then, between "Light Out" and about 0300, she was up, in the bathroom, urinating (which is good, she was losing some minor fluid retention, I noticed, without the aid of diueretics ). She complained, third time up, that she hadn't yet slept. I wasn't surprised.
