Sleep Average for last 10 days
I figured I've got enough data, 10 days worth since 9/4/08, to calculate a fairly reliable sleep average, which appears as follows:
Although all my previous "data" is anecdotal, I was figuring, pre-5/14/08, that she got about 12-14 hours of sleep every day, which would bring in an inexact average of 13 hours. Using this, it is apparent that her sleep quotient is rising a little.
I've also amended each post from 9/4/08 to include, in the Sleep list, the number of hours she is awake each day. Thus, the way I calculate her "sleep time" is to add all these awake hours, divide by the number of days, then subtract from 24 (hours in a day).
- Average hours awake: 9.5
- Average hours asleep: 14.5
- Longest Awake Day: 11 hours (two of those days this period)
- Shortest Awake Day: 7.5 hours (one of these)
