    Bowel Movement(s):  That's right, folks, two in one day; one at 1150 and one at 2345; both volumes were good, adding up to excellent; both eliminations were very easy, the consistency of the first was very good, the second was a bit soft and clean-up on the first was very easy while it was a bit challenging on the second. We might have to cut back a bit on the prune juice.
    Dinner:  Left over Costco Chicken Parmesan; about 3/4 cup steamed Brussels sprouts with Caesar dressing; a can of (drained) Mandarin orange sections in light syrup.
