• Occurred during bathing. Fairly good volume; good consistency; very easy elimination; easy clean-up.
• Occurred after nap. Fair volume; fairly good consistency, very soft; very easy elimination; somewhat challenging clean-up.

    Medication Change:  Gave her 325 mg acetaminophen for upper thigh "moderate" pain (just below hip joint), just before her nap, at about 1915.
    Dinner:  Toasted cheese and pepperoni sandwiches on sourdough bread; lightly steamed broccoli with Greek Feta Vinaigrette.
